Here's a video review of the very last traditional pinball machine made by Bally/Williams in 1998, Cactus Canyon. Cactus Canyon is a fun, old west themed game where you must bring some frontier justice to the old west town of Cactus Canyon. You start off in the town as a stranger, but you can advance in rank up to the Marshal.

Sadly, only a little over 900 machines of Cactus Canyon were made before Bally/Williams switched production over to Pinball 2000.

  • Its a nice game but hugely unfinished. Only 2 tunes thru-out the game - for instance no music plays during highscore entry - and more bugs are to be found. And looking at the ridiculous prices these games go from time to time, there are better ones around. (my opionion - you dont have to share it ;) )

  • @franky6581 Yeah, its a shame the game was rushed out. I notice it more when I actually have a chance to play it. The game doesn't have match animation and not that many songs. It'd be nice if they could patch it like Stern does with their tables, but that'd never happen. It sucks they cost so much to get since there was only around 900 or so units.

  • Cool I though Medieval Madness was the last full size pinball before they did the Pinball 2000 pins.

    Thanks for setting me straight!

Wish Williams was still doing pinballs they are still my fav pins over most of the others.

  • Never seen this in the wild and never played it, so thanks for the review Nick.

  • Nice vid and review, but the glare is absolutely horrid.

  • Hey Nick, very nice review. Very true that these Cactus Canyon machines are super rare. Psssst, I know where to find one.

  • First! nice video
