  • I got a question for you CarbonFitnesss when doing pushups are you suppose to feel a sensation on your chest because when i do pushups i do feel anything. when i do the decline pushups i feel it more so on my back then anything. Another thing i wanted to know was when doing decline pushups is my back suppose to curv because thats what it feels like its doing.

  • @machoman518 You should feel it in your chest. Make sure your posture is right. You shouldn't be curving your back at all. And pushups do work out your chest, back, triceps, shoulders, so you may feel it in different muscles.

  • @gdp505 Sorry About that. I screwed up when writing this. Basically you do about 10-12 your first set. 8-10 your second set and try to do at least 6-8 your last set. With about a minute rest between sets.

  • @nhlaxer03 they work your chest just as much as your triceps.. if you knew anything about anatomy or basic lifting you would know that. its a shame you had to go make a fool of yourself.

  • Total overtraining! Do 4-5 exercises per workout or you are just wasting your time.

  • god people and there 4 set 22 excercises. honestly dood. stick with just flat bench incline and weighted dips.

  • 7 exercises for chest... Maybe for a professional but overtraining for a normal guy..

  • @endura1970 also If I hear correctly when leaning a little forward, it targets the chest more then triceps, and a good finisher.

  • isn't that too much exercises for one training? i heard that its wrong if you do more than 5. . .
