They are chanting: "Stop the war."
"We sing for the peace and freedom"
and
"FREEDOM, PEACE"
All in different rhythms, but to the same beat.

It was absolutely amazing how many people there are that were willing to do this. And it was even more amazing knowing that everyone was there for one cause.

There is a short scene in this video where you see the entire crowd that went to "Displace Me" in San Francisco(Cow Palace). Roughly 2,000+ endured the cold and wind that night. We built our own homes out of cardboard and tape, and were rationed crackers and water. We only had a small taste of what it was like to live in an IDP camp in northern Uganda. And about 65,000+ others in the whole country did the exact same thing. Oh, and see those djembe players? They played probably for about 45 minutes+. Dedication.

One of the most memorable things that i heard that night was this quote: "...you can not tell me... that Americans.. Don't care."
And also, this quote:(paraphrased)
"We aren't the future. We are the now. You don't have to be old and have gone through college and become a lawyer to make a difference in the world. It doesn't matter what age you are. Just take a stand."

I hope you are inspired by this video.
It is short, and you may think all it is is another useless protest chant.
But just know that there is so much more to it.
Last night we called out for the freedom of our brothers and our sisters, or mothers and our fathers, our elders.

Do what you think is right and take a stand.
