Dangg...I'm not trynna slay or nothin but when I was 13 my fastest 400 was 50.43 now I'm 14 and my fastest is 48.97 haha

im 13 and i run my 400m in 55.87

im 13, white male and i run my 400 in 65 seconds

black people do have an advantage in sprinting. their hips are more forward than white people, meaning they rotate better. also, black people have more fast twitch muscle fibres. this is why most top 100m and 200m runners are black. however this doesnt mean white people dont have a chance, it just means black people have and advantage, and this advantage isnt a very big one when it comes to 400m
