I wonder has anyone noticed that the exchange letter written by the sheriff is signed with a surname of Wheatley? The actor who played the sheriff was called Alan Wheatley. A little production jest perhaps?
@BJBFOREST A serf is a person who lived on a lords land and was bound to him by oath to work and even fight for him in return for a piece of land to work in his spare time to grow his own food for himself and his family. Nearly always illiterate as in those days only the lords and churchmen could read and even then not all of them could either
this is AWESOME!!!
