  • It's cool that there finally two lefties at once. I thought that would happen with Harigaya and Shimizu but Shimizu left when Harigaya joined :(

  • To @rensuchan,

Hiroko Shimizu certainly left not only P-pealgue (fianl participation: series 25, I think) , but also JPBA with Mai Takasaka and Joined new organization LBO (Ladies Bowling organization) because she had had sense of impending crisis on structure of JPBA and joined LBO as one of initial members seekling new place for making bowling more popular as sport. Now Shimizuis vice chairman of LBO and chairman of the LBO Players, so, JPBA & LBO are fighting like cats and dogs.

I think it is matter of time and economy to filming one series in one day. There are many people working for P-league. Each player also has her own schedule. So, it is efficient to do in that way.

  • @Japanophilia1 san

It is amazing if you copy and paste "san" in Japanese because the word should be garbled on your PC if you do not have Japanese OS, even if you know Hiragana and katakana. It means you know what part of garbled lettters correponds to "san".

As you said "chan"is often used to female, but should be friendly with. The word is used also for children (normaly under teenagers).

  • @higashi1343 さん, I typed さん because I often see that in Japanese shows, youtube and facebook, and it seems a little rude not to do it when addressing a Japanese person. But I'm not sure if it is correct etiquette. And the title chan is even more confusing. Sometimes it's used on females who are in their twenties

I think it is a good idea that the organisers are filming the series in one day, and airing it on TV over the next few weeks. Then there won't be a period when there is no P-league 2/2

  • @higashi1343 No, I'm not Japanese or from Japan, so it's alright not to add a san. Japanophiles are, I believe, a term used for foreigners who love Japan, the Japanese people and the culture.

I don't have Japanese OS or FEP. I normally just cut and paste, since my hiragana vocabulary (and I know almost no katakana) is very limited. It's the same few words, thank you, congratulations and a few others. Or if there is a need, then I use an online translator or a virtual keyboard. 1/2

  • @Japanophilia1 さん

Thank you for your comment from very cold place. I suppose you are Japanese because you typed"さん" in Hiragana, so must have Japanese OS ad FEP.

Anyway we will have 34C here today. So you still have to more than 3 weeks to see 33F

Thanks in advance for your patience.

  • Thanks again, higashi1343 さん, for the upload. Can't wait to see how the new girl Natsuki will fare against Junko in 34-F. Both of them were bowling in the WWC in Hong Kong last month.
