Let me tell you why this song is great, because for once country music isn't about bashing a dead beat dad. I'm really tired of that rap when the statistics will show you that deadbeat moms outweigh the dads 2 to 1. This is coming from a father of a 4 year old, whose mother deserted her at 2. Although the birthday card and the merry christmas text is nice, it does NOTHING for the mental damage the bitch has done to our child. So hats off to great fathers. THEY EARN IT TOO.
