i dont think the parking lot at rio century 24 is considered a flooding when the irragation on that side of the theature is like a ditch practically, its expected to flood on that parking lot no matter what

I don't live in NM any more but that looks like the parking lot of Centry 24 Theaters.

It certainly is! and that was after the water had gone down a couple feet!! Guess their drains dont work very well!
