Crysis -Gameplay- Custom Physics Map #1-6

I recorded myself messing around doing random things in a custom map I had downloaded from a Crysis community/fan web-site, so please remember, that map was not made by me ! I'm just playing it and that's it. So in it there are a couple of things to do, mostly of course to destroy objects or kill inactive/disabled A.I soldiers. It also shows some nice physics behaviors, but it also few minor glitches.

If you never saw Crysis before, don't worry that won't spoil anything other than a few weapons and that's pretty much about it. This video is split in six parts so be sure to watch them all if you want to know what happens in a chronological order (not that it's anything important mind you, but I'm just saying).

whats your specs?

I ran Crysis at around 50++ fps... then i updated vista and i somethimes dropped to 35!.. but when i reinstalled crysis ( i thought i had fucked something up) i got this message about that i missed a important update. Then i installed that it was a graphically improvement.. when i opened my map i had around 50-60 fps on i had 106 fps!!!... i was so happy.. then i turned off my computer and today i have around 60-70... why? i can't figure!!! so annoying...
