If the Republican Party really wanted the constitution to be applied they would have endorsed Ron Paul as their pick for prez and not thrown out a sure loser, McCain...just like Dole in 96'...wrangling over Obama's czars is moot at this point, the globalist bankers run the show, not Obama and everyone on the hill knows this.
