If i wun't use plastic wrap,could i spread mi handle with oil and then put on it the thick tapioca ?How did they do when there wasn't plastic sheets yet?:)

I love Sanku sai mu! Ai Kai, how much palm sugar am I suppose to add into the mixture? I just made some and I think I added too much. :o(

@thepmala I used 2-3 Tbsp of palm sugar. you can fine the recipe in my Facebook.
