Kayak Session Green Race Coverage

This is the first video installment of my coverage of the 2010 Green River Race.

I stood at the top of Gorilla for an hour and I saw every variation of routes through the rapid. The list is the whos who of chaos; piton, popped skirt, paddle dropped, flip at the top, flip in the middle, flip at the bottom, backwards off the drop, sideways, too far left, too far right, a knock to the head, a couple stitches, scraped knuckles, a surf, and a swim. There is no greater show on earth. Its Green Race Week!

Thanks to all the paddlers that give their blood, sweat, and beers. You all make this week a national holiday in our neck of the woods. Here is to you.
