On the way to this years Bagpipe Society Blowout we stopped for a break at Raglan Castle & took a look round. These are some of the pictures I took.
After about 1 minute the soundtrack you can hear is me & my daughter Danny, both playing Welsh bagpipes. Danny only started playing 4 weeks ago...
Pause for a proud father moment.
We're playing `Bwrlwm' the tune we use in Heb Enw Morris for the Welsh Border Morris dance `Twiglets'. It's a Breton tune originally, absorbed as these things often are, into the Welsh trad. music scene.
