His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama leaving the stage after addressing Gillette Stadium on the morning of May 2, 2009. Despite being filled with more than 10,000 people, notice how quiet the audio is. People are so riveted and silent that you can hear the snapping of cell phone cameras, capturing the moment, in the background. OmGal.com creator, Rebecca Pacheco, captured the moment from the 3rd row.
omgal, thank you for posting. i missed this event, was out of the country. as HHDL is walking off stage and he reaches out to one of the monks, that's Geshe Tsulga, who has been in Boston for 17 years and passed away 3 weeks ago. it's awesome for me to see this moment between them. om om om.
kanyewest315: Gillette stadium was used as they kindly gave a really big discount to the Tibetan Association of Boston. Fleet Center was already booked, other venues, if too small, then people miss out.
