@biomecaNICK The rules are basically if you end up preventing the goalie from making the save by either a) blocking his movement or b) pushing him away from the puck, the goal can be called back & you MIGHT get a goalie interference penalty. Sometimes, if the infraction is serious enough, the guy might get a goalie interference penalty regardless of whether or not a goal was scored on the play. In fact, often if a goal IS called back, there's no penalty. Is this what you were asking? Let me know
