The object seemingly between space proper and our atmosphere going straight up the middle of the lake is going at alternating speeds. If I had something that recorded video I would record it, but I don't. I'm wondering if the navy has been testing stuff over the lake from about 2 am - 530 ish for the past few months. Please let me know where at in michigan you filmed this. It almost looks like that object that was going north. Mine was bright ass white though. Yours looks orange.

But while this was all going on there was an object (that is still in the sky) that is travelling due north that almost seems to be in space it is so high and so insanely slow. Nothing goes directly north up the "urethra" of lake michigan. It is the first time I've ever seen it. It isn't a star, don't think it is a satelite, and it for sure isn't a plane. I've been seeing more and more odd stuff when I smoke outside at night. I've been doing it for years, but it is almost on the daily now.

I'm in Northern Indiana about 2 miles from the lake and I just saw some weird stuff, but it was slightly different then this. Mine looked like two planes chasing each other and the other one flew from beind it to directly above it as they were flying directly east in the north sky, then they disapeared. It was in the northern sky over the lake. It was 4 am which is an odd time. It could have been private jets flying out of chicago though. They were too fast and behaving oddly though.
