@Hooka675 It starts as an er-seo-nage. However, she intensionally lets go with her left arm after starting the throw and does a roll well after he is well in the air. No reason to do it -- you wouldn't in competition or practice as the idea is to either remain standing (to control uki's fall, execute an arm lock, or flee) or to land on top of him (to knock the wind out of him or pin him). However, it looks impressive in a demonstration.
