actually, that lady that is standing being Celine is the choreographer. You can see her in the movie; this is real rehearsal footage. Those dancers in the background are celine's backup dancers.

I've seen videos of "All By Myself" where the long note is exactly the same, but I've also seen videos from the same tour where it does differ, so maybe she sings it live sometimes, but either way it makes me sad:(
