Steve Winwood is to music what Lou Gehrig was to baseball.......he just keeps on runnin'
-

And R&B usually means Rubbish & Bawling!
-
@Keyboardman88 Not in the early days of New York hip hop, I would not be so quick to be so dismissive, KeyBoard. It just a reflection of your own ignorance on the matter. A damn shame on you.
-
Steve Winwood had such a bloody great voice - the band are amazing but the voice is the thing!
-
o ja das war meine schulzeit in deutschland

@ride2wheeled Stevie was born in May, 1948....so he was all of seventeen!

Damn!!! Wheres the music like that today!!? I Want the youth to rise again! plug in and play.. just you and your talent no computer no nothing but your instrument and voice!! Raw and real! Or am I old and wrong?
-
Check out Stevie on guitar and he's only around 19 or 20, maybe younger, when they did this song. Thanks for takein' me back in time who ever uploaded this. Love your shows.
-
I always imagined the lead singer of this group to be older!
-
@ellentparker presumably you're under 13 years old which makes it all the most amazing you get to know groups like SDG but .. please, refrain from comments like that in the future. Thnks
-
Great voice, still I need the deeper darker Animal, the Burdon
-
White RC...if people don't get that, listen to him sing Georgia. I'm a genX'r the last o the generations with great, I mean superb taste...
@stevesjp001 You are NOT old OR wrong. You've hit the point head on. I'm 61 and grew up with this the first time around. It's just as good today as it was 47 years ago. Today's music is so fake, sampled, computer corrected. There's hardly any creativity or real talent. Remember; Hip-Hop is for kangaroos, and Rap is just "Crap"...without the "C".
