  • Too damn expensive. No chicks (only after my fourth class year and even they were nothing to brag about). Lots of yelling. Lots of sweating. Hard friggin classes. God I miss it.

  • Many of thes "21 year old college kids" are combat veterans and many more will be so give them a break.

  • @jimjim273 actually that was Patton bro

  • @khawajsa If I wanted to hear from you, I would have addressed you.

  • @VMIRB Thanks for the advice, hero.

  • my ex graduated from this school class of 2009

  • @Bulldog092004 George C Marshall said "Give me an army of Citadel graduates and i will win a battle; Give me a handful of VMI men and we will completely destroy the enemy."

  • u have to pay to do this? wtf?

  • @vmi2002 If you read my comments, it had nothing to do with comparing the Citadel to VMI. So jackass, stick your head in a woodchipper. Read the post before assuming, because it made you an asshole.

  • @ Bulldog092004 & VMIRB.

Look folks, who cares about how hard being a Rat or being a knob was. "The older we get, the harder it was." Alumni from both colleges should just take pride in what they'd been through. VMI and El Cid are closer than cadets make them appear, in a lot of domains, and that is due to school pride. So Rah Virginia Mil, and heck yeah El Cid. Both had some things easier, and harder, than the other. We both wear the Ring. We both are proud of our school. Enough.

  • Well since you are an expert on military history, being 19 and clueless, maybe General Patton should be my "second favorite" General too. I will look into that.
