not a bad day still sore from yesterday though but you can still workout if you just do your body weight its not going to hurt you
the excercize should take around 20 mins give or take
take a 10 to 20 sec rest between each exercize the rest is just gonna be in the diet. i know what some of you are thinking "if you know all of this shouldnt you be in shape" well im what you call in my off season getting back into my in season phsyique im usaually around 160 but during the winter i pack on pounds to help pack on more muscle im cutting lean this time and going to try for a more cut and toned version any way have fun and peace
50 bicyle kick
1 min v sit
50 side twists
1 min hold pushup
15 superman
30 mountain climber
10 dive bomber
10 tricep push ups
15e reverse lunge
15e calf raise
15e step up
hey man, so far so good stay motivated, im doin the same and working out every day, ive lost 15 pounds in the past month the key has been running 20 minutes at least every day, check out my video i made its only pics but i got video coming soon, also you should look into getting a gym membership i started working out at home but wasnt motivated enough so i got a gym membership and just work my ass off
