why are demos of tractors and ploughs always on the bloody beach, put them on some mans ground and see what happens to them then.

The Barnham site was certainly sandy, but the event did move onto an Essex venue where the ground was much heavier. I did discuss the easy-worked soil with Manns, and from its point of view the fact that it could show off the tractors working no matter the weather was very important.
