@tankman64 To be fair, Ness was told by Buzz Buzz at the beginning of the game that Giygas is evil so in a way Ness was as manipulated by Buzz Buzz as much as Giygas was by Porky/Pokey

@afnizaman9 Earthbound is actually a sequel to a Japanese game called MOTHER, and in that game Giygas was an alien that wished to invade the Earth.  Now why is he a swirling mass in this game?....I'm not exactly sure to be honest.
