Unfortunately, the SNES runs at a maximum of 478i, full HD would be 1080p, this is vertical resolution in pixels, as the SNES is sprite, palette, and back buffer based it will never be able to up-scale to HD resolutions (The mode 7 effects in theory could be, but when combined with sprite handling it would not work).
So this video is basically "I'm playing my SNES on an HD TV".
