I'm a big fan of Brad Dourif, who many of you might or might not know about. Brad plays the voice of Chucky the killer doll from the Child's Play series and also Grima Wormtongue on Lord of the Rings 2 and 3.

Brad Dourif was set to play Jonathan Crane/Scarecrow in Batman Forever when Tim Burton was still attached to the project. He'd have made an excellent Scarecrow.
