"SUPER STRAIGHT is coming down" rehearsal with Sandi Cooksey and Frank Chaves

This is a River North Dance Chicago rehearsal of "SUPER STRAIGHT is coming down" (1989); choreographed by Daniel Ezralow and with an original score by contemporary Dutch composer Thom Willems. Ezralow's movement and choreographic concepts were influenced by the Robert Longo's 1979 book of photo stills: "Men in Cities." In this rehearsal, two original cast members, Sandi Cooksey and RNDC Artistic Director Frank Chaves, work with the current dancers and share with them their experiences as well as the original intentions of the movement and structure of the piece.
