Wow. I'm really glad I found this video, Hope it does help, I'm currently doing my Externship and find it some what difficult staying focus, The Clinic I choose is some what of a fast paced Ob/Gyn Clinic, and trying to stay on task and Listening to my Trainee but for some reason she makes unnecessay avoidable comments about my perforMance. It's been actually only my third day and my trainee expects my to know everything. That frustates and discourages me. I NEED ADVICE THANK YOU.

I am medical assistant certified And now im looking for site to do my externship but im alittle a bit worrying about working in the clinic or hospitals. i would like to work as triage patients and doing ijnjection drawing blood but i dont want to answer phone and work as front desk administrator . I also have prefect attadance rewards and academic excellance reward. CPR certified. Thank u i would like to get any Advice.

im in school for medical assisting and its not too difficult. im nervous about going on my externship. im thinking about working in a hospital instead in a clinic or private doctors office. any advice???

No biggy. You can work at the OP lab as a Tech where you draw blood, perform EKG for pts in readiness for surgeries. MAs are also employed as Patient Cares, Front desk for administrative duties, also, hospitals have OP clinics where you can also be employed as an MA. I hope these answers your questions. Be bold!
