FFXII DANIPEBS Challenge Part 1: Judge Ghis

Yes! This is my new Challenge!!! MoogleBoss pretty much inspired me to make my own challenge as well, ever since he came up with his LLDLBEBS Challenge, and so I got to work xD. DANIPEBS stands for Divided Abilities, No Items or Powerleveling, Extreme Battle Settings.

Divided Abilities:
Basically the same as ECC, just another name for it. Vaan casts White Magick, as you need that at the very start of the game, because of the no item rule. I had Balthier cast Arcane Magicks, Fran cast Black, Basch cast Green, Ashe cast Time, and Penelo perform Technicks. No changing! Once you have your character cast his or her magick type, ur stuck with that for the rest of the game! That's why it's best to have Vaan cast only White Magick, as that is the most important magick you will need. If Vaan dies, the only way you can bring him back is with Techinicks from another character, and since i dun think you get a revive technick for a while,or even if there is one, vaan is your lifeline.

No Items:
Yep, no items of any kind. There is an exception though that I will explain in the next rule.

No Powerleveling:
Big exception here. You MAY train on dustia up to level 15, NO HIGHER!!!(phoenix downs are allowed JUST for this part) This will ease you into the game and let you get used to having no items and only having vaan as your healer. This also makes Firemane and Mimic Queen almost non-existant bosses, however xD. Also, you cannot train randomly unless you are too underleveled or you need loot.

Extreme Battle Settings:
No Gambits can be on, Battle mode is set to active and fastest speed.

Judge Ghis was a challenge, but nothing too hard. Vaan almost died however, so I got scared for a minute. But then ghis focused on basch and i had time to recover. fran almost died in the end xD she had 8 HP if i remember right xD. I put ashe in the party in the end cuz usually ghis focuses on her. Next video should be with either Garuda, Demon Wall, and/or Belias.

wait so what if you level vaan up to 15 and your other characters are 16 and 17 is that alright?

yes. The Highest Vaan can go up to is lvl 15. The others don't even matter. This is the only exception to the No Items and Powerleveling rule. Since the recommended level for when you end up with all 6 people is around 15, this will make the beginning of the Challenge fairly easy until all 6 poeple are with you. It's simple, really. I'm gonna redo this challenge starting next week though, my first run wasn't so good. Thanks for the comment~

ya this is prooly one of my fav. bosses aside from the 2nd summon boss cuz u acrually have to sorta stragize to do it but I lost my copy of the game so now I have to stary over again:(

Actually, I was considering making that a rule, but this challenge is too hard enough =| well not in the beginning but near Mateus *shudder* I might redo this challenge, I was really unprepared. xD

yep! ^_^ I didn't for Ghis though because I was really low on LP at the time. Battle would have been much easier that way. Thanks =)
