typically, the projection of the chin implant would fall just a mm shy of the projection of the upper lip. was this really a chin implant or photoshop?

While we attempt to achieve the golden proportion of 1.618 to 1 from chin height and parting of the lips, to the remaining distance at the base of the nose, we come close, and thus to the naked eye, the appearance is aesthetically more pleasing. Trying to make every facial feature conform to the Greek facial proportions cannot be done, since pushing the result to perfection may tend to masculinize some chins in females. Perfect chin restoration in men may also look odd or overbearing.

I'm a 28yo guy from Italy (Como) and I'm having this procedure done next february.Nose,chin and maybe an implant in the jow too.If everything goes ok my face will completely change.And who cares if my parents still don't know that...I'll fight them when it'll be too late already for them to keep me from doing this :-)

at least these people had a choice if they wanted the surgery or not a doctor in tulsa told sherlene she had cancer and needed surgery right away or she would die a slow horrible death after the surgery was over he said that he was wrong it was not cancer after all then went on vacation and sherlene spent three months in a coma in four differant hospitals and two differant states for a cancer that did not exest and an infection that shenever should have had for more info go to ms bones 1950
