Peter Fiduccia, host of Woods N' Water, demonstrates a fawn in distress bleat sequence. Fiduccia says this call is excellent for bow users. This call mimics an injured fawn or one being attacked by a coyote. Doe within earshot of it should respond immediately and a buck might be interested enough to investigate. Fidduccia says this call is useful from mid September to the end of October. • @PhrynosomaTexas You need your mouth washed out with soap!!!Now go wash your pissy pants and leave the big people alone!!!!

  • at 1:52 the buck in the back moved

  • @neonsamurai73 please dont start with the noble savage stuff... indians hunted deer for the skin to sell to the brittish and french and leave the meat rotting in the field... in one historical document i read, they harvested over 45000 skins in alabama alone in the early 1800s not to mention the captives/slaves they sold. Indians hunted to extinction more than a few species before the whites ever arrived.

  • how far north are you baseing your effective times on? or is it the same from montana to florida?

  • @Phyrnosoma Texas: Please educate yourself before trolling hunting videos on the web and spewing your own propaganda. You may not be aware that hunters put millions of dollars a year into protecting habitat for wildlife. Where I live there are no natural predators for deer. To sustain a healthy population we need 6-8 deer per square mile. We currently have 45-50. How would you solve the problem? I didn't know any Hippies lived in Texas.

  • @awendamusic Then why are you watching this video? I guess it is just cruel when a wolf eats a deer, or a coyote eats a rabbit isn't it? It is life, hunt for food. You think hunters kill them and then throw them away? They eat them. What is the difference in doing it yourself, or buying meat from the store? Oh maybe just better tasting and much healthier. Think about what you say and where your thoughts are before saying something genious.

  • I don't have a problem with hunting in general but making the sound of an injured infant to lure in worried mothers is absolutely revolting. The deer rushing to help what they think is their injured young has far more humanity than the idiot behind the whistle and gun. Hunt properly and with some morality for goodness' sake.

  • @PhrynosomaTexas by being managed (read hunted) by native americans, who where in tune with the environment, and hunted oddly enough for food. I agree there is no useful place for trophy hunters out there, but most of us are not interested in that. yes there are some dumbass rednecks out there, most hunters though are from diverse backgrounds (from mechanic to management) and hunt not for the trophy, but for the freezer full of far healthier meat.

  • @PhrynosomaTexas LOLOLOLOLOL First of all I am not even close to being a redneck because I am not white... Second of all I am a competitive swimmer so I am not fat, infact I am pretty fit. I hunt, because I don't like eating meat from the supermarket where they put them in crampt spaces and inject hormones into them to fatten them up... Atleast when I hunt and harvest an animal I know where the meat is coming from... oh yeah btw I bowhunt more than gun hunt...

  • @Tux3d0 Your the fucking dumbass. Don't try that "the deer would starve if we didn't kill them" bullshit. That's a bunch of redneck propaganda. If you hunt in this country it is because you enjoy engaging in recreational killing, so don't make it sound like it's some love of nature shit. Every redneck hunter I've ever seen is a fat lard ass, so it's not because you need the food. How in the fuck did the wildlife and nature ever manage before the white man came to this continent with his guns...
