Salon Vienna calling for Your Artwork

Make an artwork, describing inclusion and exclusion.

SALON VIENNA is a non-profit organization, interested in creating a contemporary Jewish cultural scene in Austria.

From May 8th - 22nd we are taking part at the well-known Viennese festival SOHO in Ottakring (http://www.sohoinottakring.at) and want to exhibit your work!
This year's topic: KICK THE HABIT / Racism as a Vent".

Make up your mind about racism, group dynamics and society as well as the phenomenon of inclusion and exclusion: belonging and affiliation, marginalization and repulsing etc. Where and how does exclusion or inclusion occur? How does it feel? Why does it appear?

You already have an idea! Abstract or concrete, a symbol or artifact, snapshots or narrations take the opportunity and put your image into life.

We are looking forward to receive photographs, drawings, paintings, videos, or any other kind of media format to show your work at our exhibition.
