This was since the game Oblivion's rating was change from T for Teen to M for Mature
Because of one of the dead bodies were filled with blood and guts! Making the ESRB change its rating. If you dont believe me. Look it up!

i think a game should only be rated m if it SHOWS sex or SHOWS nudity. not cause of bad words

@SamueltehG33k Well the stamp on the front is for parents to see Im sorry son/daughter but thats for adults they need a adult to confirm you can get GTA IV so they use ID to verify it because you can't just be a 6 year old and say "Are there boobies in this game?' Guy says"Yes but if you want that you will nead a person over 17 years old with that money." for example I walked in to Gamestop today for my copy of MW3 and a kid walks up to the counter with Duke Nukem Forever that has nudity!

@GamingBoy58 They have 1 M rated one now that would be"Fight Night Chapion" but they cuss and its very brutal and I think theres nudity but thats like the only sports game with a story!

Dude. SHUT UP. Basically what your saying is that it's okay for 6 year olds to play Halo 3 or Modern Warfare. The only restriction at your average game shop is the M rating. Some todler could walk in and buy a T game, and get no crap. Dont be a wuss. I might just have to make a counter video, "SamueltehG33K Rant". That'll get, like, 5 views.
