Just which (so-called) "civilians" are they "protecting"?
The RATS!! (the mercenaries / terrorists / hired murderers / butchers / rioters / looters / rapists / criminals / liars and traitors!)

@Caty25cat She has to translate immediatelly, almost at the same time that he speaks. This takes a lot of attention, if you want to produce perfect sentences, like she does. I guess that is the reason for her neutral tone of voice.
