the tires are so small because they use the small tires to haul it in the trailer. The big ones wont fit while mounted on the truck

Goin by the fender weels cut out so much, theres probably a set of 54's layin around somewhere. Thos tires a probably just there to be takin out on the road. And its not revving high, the gears are probably in the 6 or 7 somethin ratio range, thats lowwwwww for tires like that. He wouldnt be expected to go anywhere
