The Spaceships of Ezekiel P1

The Book of Ezekiel gives little detail about Ezekiel's life. He is mentioned only twice by name: Ezk. 1:3, where he writes that he was a priest, the son of Buzi; and Ezk. 24:24. He was one of the Israelite exiles, who settled in Tel-abib, on the banks of the Chebar, "in the land of the Chaldeans." He was most likely taken captive with King Jehoiachin (Ezk. 1:2; 2 Kings 24:14-16) about 597 BC.
Ezekiel would have been born during the time of the spiritual reform of King Josiah.
Ezekiel lost his wife in the ninth year of his exile, by some sudden and unforeseen stroke (Ezk. 8:1; 24:18). The time and manner of his own death are unknown. Today his tomb is reputed to be located in the neighborhood of Hilla or ancient Babylon, at a place called Al Kifl.
The first date of the book takes the reader to the summer of 593 BC, five years after the first group of exiles was deported to Babylon by Nebuchadnezzar. The latest-dated oracle comes 22 years after that summer, in April of 571 BC. It can be dated based on the links it records between the rule of King Jehoiachin (King of Jerusalem) and the other events that the book describes. According to this system, these prophecies were originally written in the 22 years between 593-571 BC.

THE BOOK OF THE PROPHET EZEKIEL
1:1- in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, on the fifth day of the month, as I was among the exiles by the river Chebar, the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.
1.2- On the fifth day of the month (it was the fifth year of the exile of king Jehoiachim),
1:3- The word of the Lord came to Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans by the river Chebar; and the hand of the Lord was upon him there.
l:4- As I looked, behold, a stormy wind came out of the north, and a great cloud, with brightness round about it, and fire flashing forth continually, and in the midst of the fire, as it were gleaming bronze.
1:5- And from the midst of it came the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance: They had the form of men,
1:6- But each had four faces, and each of them had four wings.
1:7- Their legs were straight, and the soles of their feet were round; and they sparkled like burnished bronze.
1:8- Under their wings on their four sides they had human hands. And the four had their faces and their wings thus:
1:9- Their wings touched one another; they went everyone straight forward, without turning as they went.

Just to let all of you know the events described In Ezekiel chapter 1 were a vision or a dream. It was also in the spiritual not in the physical so none of this is very accurate.

@Thunderfanman how come you be so sure of that? That's what the tradition & religious books says but science has other explanations for the extra ordinary details by Ezekiel which imply that a real flying objects may have landed and witnessed by the prophet !

Awesome I'm currently going through revelations and the book of Enoch and again there are spaceship references everywhere. I'm wondering about words and phrases like - the holy spirit, the glory of god, glory, worship, throne, seat of god, honor and power etc etc I think these are all references to technologies of some kind and the ancients were jst trying to describe them. anyway loved it on to vid 2 Peace

This does not imply one being in the state of a vision, or altered state of consciousness. I'm pretty sure if something "out of this world" appeared to you today, you'd rub your eyes and wonder if you were asleep. The word vision can also be defined as the state of being able to see.

@jrpone You don't need Einstein to prove that "Space Travel" is possible :D We do it every day. As for time travel, yes, traveling at speeds comparable to the speed of life slows down your time, according to the theory of relativity. That virtually gets you traveling forward in time. But the theory does not prove that traveling backwards in time is possible. As a matter of fact, it still seems impossible in principle.

In other accounts, specifically "the shining ones," it seems they actually had a radiance coming from them, which isn't too far fetched, as modern day contactees talk about the illumination that radiates from some of these beings. It's so interesting to think about, and as far as being time travelers, sure....why not?? Although I thought there was a universal law about traveling into the past? Then again, what does anyone know for sure. I hope we get to find out in our lifetimes!
