Warming-up is the most important part of your workout.
Nothing new here, warming up correctly will boost your performance in the gym or on the athletic gym while avoiding injuries.
This routine is just ONE exemple and was inspired by Joe Defranco & Jim Smith's AMPED and y my buddy Jason Dolby, who just set up a Kettlebell Long Cycle record: 262 reps with 2 20kg kettlebell in 1 hour.

Just a friendly FYI -Professional WKC AKC and IKSA Kettlebell Athletes have put up numbers over 200-reps in 10-minutes on long cycle with 24 kg and above bells in competition.
