  • That a nice tie he is wearing.

  • the same amount of time the ndaa was pass

  • Then-Obama Solicitor General Elena Kagan - since appointed to the Supreme Court by Obama - wrote to the Supreme Court on April 26, 2010: “Although a President may fill such vacancies through the use of his recess appointment power … the Senate may act to foreclose this option by declining to recess for more than two or three days at a time over a lengthy period. ”

Congress was not in recess at the time this appointment was made.

  • @ MrJMBrowning you are one rude pice of scum

  • Excellent job, Mr. President. Clearly, you care about American consumers. Republicans hate them. The only thing unprecedented about this appointment is the BS flowing from Republican mouths.

  • This lying sob needs to go right now

  • @luvitluvitbabyIS IT FUNNY TO YOU THAT YOUR HERO LIAR N CHIEF HAS SPENT MORE THAN 3 TIMES THAN GEORGE BUSH YOU SOB

DEMS ARE THE ONES THAT CREATED BLOCKING APPOINTEES

LEARN YOUR DAMN HISTORY, ALL YOU PEOPLE CAN DO IS LIE FOR A POS LIAR

  • @TheTohkonChambers dumbass nigger aint nobody on their knees but you fagget Democrats

Impeach the piece of shit president, he appointed cordray anyways

  • i want obama to win so white people continue to bend on there knees and say yes master we obey.

  • It funny to me, Republicans weren't concerned with adding yet another bureaucracy when they created The Department of Homeland Security. Why didn't they recommend that the agency be ran by a board since they love boards so much?

Imagine if Democrats would have BLOCKED with threat of filibuster Tim Ridge as the first director of Homeland Security or better yet blocked anyone nominated!
