I mean, if you learn how to sell your services -- the next thing you'll be selling -- is your SOUL.
Well, this was exactly my story just a few years ago. All I can say is that I'm so grateful that I finally overcame my anxiety, my doubts and my fears -- I clicked that link, and took the first step toward finding out how wrong I was!
That link opened a whole new world to me. I found out
* that selling doesn't HAVE to be sleazy, salesy, or manipulative.
* that my clients are actually looking for me and just don't know how to find me
* that I had no idea waht people wanted to know, so I overwhelmed them with things they didn't want to hear about!
* And maybe most important of all, I learned that when my commitment to helping people is bigger than my fear, I can do every single thing I need to do, to get my Ideal Clients through my door!
The only problem with what I learned was that it didn't address the specific problems we have in practices where we touch people.
So I made it my business to adapt it all so that it WOULD work when touch is the way we convey our message.
Once I did that, almost every one of my first-time clients committed to at least 10 sessions with me.
But even better, I figured out how to help other holistic practitioners who touch people -- so that they can get a practice like that, too, because there are so many people who need to find someone like you and me.
It doesn't matter who we trained with or what we call ourselves.
Each of us has a gift so unique and so necessary that our souls ache to share it.
The solution is to learn how to have a conversation with a potential client that actually helps the person get a clear idea of the benefits of working with you.
Then they really understand the value of committing to it.
When you know what to say, what to ask, and how to take the conversation deeper, the person you're talking with gets in touch with what they really want and understands how you can help them get it.
