Auger Talks With Burrows

Before the January 11, 2010 game between the Nashville Predators and Vancouver Canucks, referee Stephane Auger told Alexandre Burrows he was going to get back at him. This was in retaliation for Burrows allegedly pretending to be seriously injured in a previous game between these two teams.

If you look over Dan Murphy's right shoulder, you can see Auger and Burrows have a second brief conversation.

Auger called numerous bogus penalties on the Canucks, including Burrows, that lead to a 4-on-3 power play for the Predators that resulted in the game-winning goal.
