Sample signs symptoms meds past PERT med history last oral intake events leading up to. - either it's visualized, verbally discussed or not relative. OPQRST - same thing. Onset probation quality radiation severity and time. I submit that you make a video and show us how it's done.

There's two intentional pauses in the video where we filled in the blanks during the presentation. Vitals were done before administering the med... Further vitals are done in route. Sorry you didn't enjoy the video.
