Cut leftover chicken breast into strips
wash in egg and 1 TBSP of water
take powdered parm cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper and mix together.

Dip egg washed chicken strip into dry mixture and coat well
cook in hot oil (enough to cover the pan) for 2 minutes on each side
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dip!

    There are many varieties of parmesan and romano cheese with a similar texture that "might" do the trick - although - it's the mystery binding ingredient that you probably enjoy in the mix here...

  • Yes cheese has carbs but most cheese is very low. Love Romano! Give it a try!
