Amazing Colorful Beetles 720p HD LANHM Insect Fair 2009

Beautiful metallic colors and patterns adorn some Beetle species, making them look like something out of a Sci-Fi movie or jewelry show! When arranged into artistic patterns they can really be a show all on their own. Yes, all the insects shown in this video are are all real! :-O

The tag on that one really big beetle says "Megasoma elephas - Elephant Beetle". :-)

The last display shown is one of the more famous collections at the show, making a regular appearance year after year, and worth many thousands of dollars to collectors, so I'm told.

The music is "AT18 (Riff)" from the Red Dawn CD by Technician. (yours truly).

@MyHumanLife2011 These beetles come from all over the world... Depending upon where you live, you may or may not be able to find any shiny metallic ones in your area. However, you can often buy/trade them from other world-wide collectors/breeders if you are interested in making a collection. There are lots of insect wesites online :-)
