FFXIII - BEST Leveling Spot - 32,000 CP every TWO mins(one of the best anyway)

A complete description of annotations is in the video with excellent points from both RaikouRider and myself. This video annotated so that you understand the method quickly, and RaikouRider has helped me do such, so props to him!

This particular section of Orphan's Cradle, you CANNOT return to after you beat the game unless you save on a seperate file to return here(I did that), or begin an entire new playthrough. If you've already beaten the game, unless you have a save here you're a bit out of luck, because you always warp directly to the Narthex once you've been there. =\

These things give 32,000 CP(aka juice, lol) per round and they're not that hard with a good party to start with. They're also respawn very easy so grinding on them is no trouble, and you can easily max out all of the Normal Jobs and even save an extra 999,999 juice for the Final Crystarium Level that unlocks after you beat the game.

i find it better to kill adamantoise by using Vanille, Hope, and Fang. Summon her eidolon and quickly exit it and just cast death. it takes less then 2 min, but it wont work every time. Have Vanille as a Saboteur, hope a synergist, and fang saboteur. Also if u have the growth egg, 80000 CP!!!. plus if u do this, u can get the rare component that sells 10000 gil and acts as a transform catalyst.

@jetmax2552 I do both, haha. But I usually just go with Fang, Hope, and Lightning. I start with SEN/SYN/SYN and buff up the party, then switch to SAB/SAB/SAB and debuff/stagger one leg. Then I Highwind the leg with Fang to kill it, and then do it with the other. Once he falls, I just debuff and stagger the head, and then kill it with COM/COM/COM at 999%. If I'm not strong enough for that, I use the summon Fang method to take out half its HP first.

@0909scofield They don't find this fun in fact many fans thought this was one of squares worst FF games however it was redeemed slightly since ff13-2 was such a good game and felt like you were playing an ff game and not following some corridors to the next grind spot till your characters are so op you can one shot the final boss

@12431265 Luckily, I'm a pretty huge fan and I don't think that. I really enjoyed what FFXIII gave me, so I didn't worry too much about what wasn't there. FFXIII-2 is definitely better, but FFXIII was still enjoyable, just like every other Final Fantasy game I've played, which would be all of them. xD

dude be fore i went i n that corridor i beat mission 55 which gave me the growth egg all i did was keep spamming death on neochu until i got lucky do that ehn you get the teleport part and get egg man

@12431265 I actually like FFXIII, especially once you hit Gran Pulse. Sure the "corridor" feeling wasn't the best thing Square Enix did, but being able to wander around in GP was actually quite nice and it's something different that SE did.

The Sacrifice's rare drop item is the Scarletite component used for certain weapon upgrades. This costs 100,000 to buy or you can sell it for 7,000. They also drop Perfume which you can sell for 12,500. If you have a Collector Catalog equip is on Lightning to increase your odds of obtaining this stuff. Then buy 36 Vibrant Ooze (80 gil) and some Perfect Conductors (1600). Use the ooze then the conductors all in one go, quick way to level weapons.
