Spiritual Vitamins 1 - Native American Chants - by Phil Thornton
The History of the Native American Indians is tied to their spirituality which has a central belief that every single element, being or thing possesses a spirit: whether it is the sky or the earth's core. They also believed that there are those whom hold extra special knowledge and powers - know as Shaman. Shaman is a Siberian word meaning 'healer and magician'.

The majority of Native American Indians believe that there are three worlds: The Lower World representing such things as landscape, the Middle World where we live in the present, and the Upper World above us in the angelic realms. Shaman are able to travel between these worlds while in a trance and it is these worlds that they meet spirits, and learn lessons and find answers to questions.

The Native American Indians are said to possess the wisdom and knowledge of generations that stretch back thousands of years, with a sacred belief in the need to appreciate and be thankful for all that life provides.

  • The way to our healing. Thanks for sharing!

  • i love the beat in the background that drives the song. I wrote a song in a similar style called Native American Ballad, although mine is more instrumental-based rather than voice/chant-based like this one. I hope it allows for the same peaceful reflection tho!

  • This is vitamin music for the soul and inner spirit. Very spiritual and uplifting. Native American flute and spiritual music like this one never ceases to amuse me, when I need it.

  • Beautiful ! just as the art.. Thank you for posting..

  • because you, your friends and your relatives bare no differences to these people it's amazing to think that we could have well been living this way but almost unsurprising when you look at the amount of stuff and people that we depend on... extremely sad that the idea of a cross-bound God made us feel self righteous enough to go and destroy and take away from what seemed a better way of living. It's not the sociopaths though, it's the people who blindly follow and copy anyone for a biscuit.

  • Great history !!!
