@ricogoldstar They do exactly that. Have you heard of remote viewing. A subject extensively researched by both US and USSR back in the day. There is much writting to be found on it. Military spending is used for other purposes. Much like the way Seti and Nasa are. Even though black projects are thousands of years ahead of mainstream technology, they keep spending on these inferior "fronts".
Besides spiritual practises like AT have been well documented for thousands of years.

I've had sleep paralysis for ever and I just thought it was a demon trying to kill me.

@KiopGenJin OK smart guy. Show me the scientific study/paper that has concrete evidence as proof. Show me the evidence of a true scientific case study, recorded by impartial/non biased scientists in a controlled atmosphere. Also, now I want you to really think about this one. IF we could trully astral project, why does the US govt. spend trillions of dollars on spy planes, unmanned drones and spy satellites? Why not just Astral project our spies into China, North Korea, or Iran?

thanks for sharing...

@ricogoldstar You sound full of crap, because you haven't researched the fact that the phenomenon has been already documented, numerous times. By scientists wackos and by the military. Don't assume cause you look like an ass. Imagination > lol, dreaming > lol!
The predictable answer of someone who is very much limited by his own view of reality.

WOW this is the best green screen I have ever seen. I also like how it cuts off your hand sometime.

I must have some sleep disorder, because I had frequent OBEs as a child, and as I got older I just had the paralysis. It was always terrifying. I never understood what it was until recently. I've been researching it and it seems some people have positive experiences with these? I'm trying to have OBEs again but I can't do it, I get too scared and pull myself out of it. Anyone know how to get over this?

It's easy for me to get ou of my body, I just have a hard time with opening my eyes.

The dark figures usually approach ME and keep me locked in my body longer, make breathing difficult, and cause more fear than the white mass figure. Now the white misty orbs usually induce obe.I can usually feel their presence in a diff. room or slightly out of sight and something draws me to them. When I approach I cannot see threw them they block all vision. As i come close I see parts of the room I could not possibly see other wise.the white blocks me from furthur movement.then i reenter my body
Rich this is pissing me off i would lay down with slow bretheing for hours one time i did it for 3 hours nothing happened not even sleep paralisys just a little numbness in different parts of my body like my feet hands and my jaw area -__- and the feeling of myheart beat shakingg my body from time to time

@TheEternalWisdom - I know what ya mean. It gets frustrating for me too sometimes. getting nothing but numb after laying for 3 hours isn't exactly the plan now is it! ;-)

I had sleep paralisis when there was a little light in my room. If I wanted tot 'get further out of my body' as I already was (I could move my hand without moving my physical hand (very strange indeed)). I felt as if I was becoming very sick if I went further of my body. It went over when i got back in. Strange..

@Maartenn100 - yes, strange indeed. Hopefully next time - if it happens again - you will feel much better about it, cause oobes can be very fun and enlightening, especially when you can get out of your room and go traveling to distant and wonderful places.

This was excellent. Thank you for posting it. So far, I've only recalled three OBEs, and they all happened spontaneously. I traveled throughout my apartment, but didn't seem to get past it. In the last OBE, I seemed to travel toward my living room feet first. That was interesting. I seemed to have awareness of my surroundings, but I didn't look back to see where my physical body was in bed. I've been thinking about different visualizations I could use to induce an OBE.

@drwinslow70 - well done. Me too, I don't usually look back to where I was, I am almost always looking forward to where I am going. I have done that feet first thing too once or twice. I am still working on putting together an oobe training course that may help you with some 'visualization techniques that may help.
