Fun and exercise in the same sentence??!!
This is the most effective way to get fit, lose weight (3 times faster), and detoxify your body. Aerobics, resistance, and cell cleansing with every bounce. Yeah, it doesn't look like what you're used to, but you can get results that you aren't used to.

  • Well, that's the point of the Overhead Resistance System. You are always stabilized. Besides, rebounding with stabilization is the safest and most effective form of exercise available. Weight training causes damage to cells (that's why there's a recovery period); whereas Bouncercising builds the strength of all of your cells without recovery time.
