how to make a snowboard or ski box/jib. I made mine in the winter and it was collllddd. Do it in the summer!

!!!!!!!!!!Edit: for my coping i used 10ft long 1/2" diameter steel from lowes. It was like 10$

My box was cheap to make because i built it out of stuff i had. I recommend getting your wood at a construction site out of dumpsters or scrap piles. It proly saved me 100$.

I use lexan for the surface. You can get 10 square feet at hardware store for about 50-60$. My uncle had some so it was free. If you wanna go for the real deal get some high density polyeurethan (sp?) for 100-200 from a specialty plastics place. I hear trex is cheap and works, if you wanna look into that its a good idea. Or painting a few layers of resin from pepboys on the surface is a cheap alternative.
