you are right, the reason is that the companies are trying to squeeze every penny out of the consumers, me!!!...but in our defense, your network is crap compared to the Japanese Network....I have read reports that it can be as fast as 100mb per second.....that is lightning fast....never the less, I am getting the N97..love my N95

it is extremely slow ONLY on the American network because you guys are so far behind the rest of the world........ Europes network is 10X better than the american network.. you guys can not even talk in the phone and see the other person in the phone via video that you are talking to.. see you don't even know what I am talking about because the american network is still in the stoneage!!!!!!

are you serious....this is just a demo, in no way will this phone be slow when it comes out. Do you actually think you can compare this demo phone to the actually phone that will be released? I hope that you buy an iphone or an omnia instead of this and realize when the actual comes out in the first quarter of 2009 that this is the greatest phone ever. (now im done :P)

calm down this isn't even close to the actual phone that will be released. the final version doesn't come out until the first quarter of 2009, this is just to show people what they can expect.
