This is Jade our 10 year old Rottweiler playing with the baby. Jade is keeping a watchful eye on her and trying to move everyone out of the babys path. She loved to baby sit. Jade is 8 months post amputation on right front leg due to cancer. She was a loving dog and we were blessed to have her. As you can see even on three legs and as tired as she may get at times her true joy was children and she simply loved them. She was the baby's best friend! A wonderful gentle guardian and play mate up until the end of her blessed life. Jade lost her battle with cancer and passed away in December 2010. She is dearly missed by all that new her loving and gentle soul.

God bless you for being a loving gaurdian to this beautiful creature. Rotties are often left in backyards, neglected and lonely and hurting. It warms me to know there are still people like you out there for this dedicated and amazing breed.
