LIVING IN EMERGENCY takes an unusually candid look at the challenging, lifesaving work done by Doctors Without Borders (Medecins Sans Frontieres) in Liberia and the Congo. The film follows four volunteer doctors with differing motivations for taking on such stressful, draining work under the most difficult conditions.

When I think of heroes, these are the people I think of.

It is strange how many documentaries that portrays heroes but leave out the part where they are also human and sometime struggles.
To take one example, when it came out after her death that mother teresa had struggled with her faith all her life and still did her work with the poor in India, did it not make her a greater hero than someone doing the same work but having blind faith in the outcome ?
Great review as always, you make me want to watch everything you review.
